Blog Comments

You name, comment and URL (if you provide it) are visible to anyone who visits the comment section. We reserve the right to edit or remove the comments at our discretion.

Shop Purchases

Products in the Frogs and Fairies shop are (also) sold through our own shop. Your name, email address and postal address/country are required during the checkout process. You can choose to create your own Customer Account to purchase from the shop on our site.

Information about your purchase and your customer account is stored indefinitely. This way I can resend the files to your email address if you request that, and you can access your order history and other profile-related information. Your account is in compliance with the GDPR. You can choose to change or delete all your information, and your account, from the shop whenever you choose to do so, by clicking ‘Edit Profile’ or ‘Delete Profile’ in your shop profile.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

This Website uses third party services to provide to collect information about your visit through the use of cookies in order to enhance user experience and analyze site performance. The purpose of collection of personal data

We use the collected data in order to:

How long we retain your data

Email address: We keep your email until you revoke us your consent to do so.

Your Shop Account: Information about your purchase and your customer account is stored indefinitely. This way I can resend the files to your email address if you request that, and you can access your materials purchased in the past. The user can withdraw consent to our data processing at any time. The user has the right to request from the Website access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. This also means: – If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence, and you will stop receiving any mail from us. – If at any time you would like us to delete the information you provided to us, you can email us and we will promptly delete your information from the subscribers database. – If you sign up to receive our email newsletter or post updates via email, there is a clear ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email so you can opt out any time.

If at any time you would like to edit or delete the information you provided to us, you can do that by selecting ‘Edit Profile’ or ‘Delete Profile’ on your shop dashboard.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
