This activity is very simple to prepare, each vegetable sorting mat can be cut up with the corresponding cards.
Shapes included: circle, oval, rectangle, square, triangle, rhombus, trapezoid, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, heart, star and crescent.
This printable PDF includes 9 pages of 12 sorting mats and 72 shape cards.
TO PREP: Print out the sorting mats and cards on the lines. Print them on cardstock or laminate for extra durability. Cut them out.
TO PLAY: Let your kids match shape vegetables to correct shapes on the sorting mats. Have fun!
