Spring Beginning Sounds Clip Cards

These clip cards will help your kids to practice identifying beginning sounds, so they can read fluently.

This set includes pictured featuring spring symbols, including Easter and St. Patrick’s Day ones!

Each clip card has a picture on it that begins with one letter of the alphabet. There are 3 letter choices to choose from.

Your kids will try to figure out the beginning sound for each picture and clip the correct letter on the right side of the card.

This low prep activity includes 52 clip cards with cute & colorful spring-themed pictures!

To make this activity even more beneficial, you can write the correct answer onto the back of each card and the cards will also be self correcting!

Your kids can then flip them over to make sure they answered correctly.

This PDF printable set includes 14 pages of 52 clip cards.

TO PREP: Print out the cards. Print on cardstock for more durability. Cut out the cards. You can laminate them for even more durability.

TO PLAY: Each clip cards includes 3 choices to choose from. Your kids need to recognize the beginning sound of each picture and place a clothespin or another object on the correct answer for each card.
